Grade to Year, District to Organisation/Local Authority/Trust, Student to Pupil. As a UK school, district and grade is not the best and gives the impression that Lightspeed is only catering to the US market. For added points let us rename the "grades" or even better use the custom ones from our MIS "Year 8", "Upper 6th", "Prep 5" etc...
