Teams API - show further chat information
The Teams API, when it generates an alert, only shows the flagged message. Because it is not triggered by the agent it cannot produce a screenshot to show wider context. However, messages before and after should be accessible by the API to generate into the interface.

Desktop application integration
Adding the ability to also scan and check desktop applications would provide more coverage for other methods of text strings would provide more safeguarding coverage.

More Detailed Information
Additional information would be helpful to get a better picture of the alert without requesting access from the student/user .

Auto Assign Alert Cases to Admins based on Student Groups/Schools
We would like the ability for the Alert system to do auto assigning of a case to a designation Admin for each school where a student resides.

Filename for image alerts
When we get an alert for an image in OneDrive, we get to see the picture but we do not get the name of the picture file, or the path to the picture file. Those would be useful to know when the image was added and to remove the image from onedrive.

Ability to reopen an Alert case once it is closed.
Currently there isn't a way to reopen a case that was closed by human review. Please give us the option to reopen a case.

Add the alert level to the case when it is opened
I love the new alert levels. I had mine set to Med to High and didn't see any alerts so I changed to All Levels. I am getting alerts now, some that are false positive and some that need attention. It would be nice if the case had the alert level so I could tell if it was safe to adjust the level setting.

Opening a closed case
Human review has occasionally closed cases that the building administrator felt needed more investigation. It would help to be able to reopen a case to ensure an unbroken record.
